Jurisdiction

This Agreement between sacbee.com and its users will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, and filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sacramento or U.S. District Court for the State of California, Eastern District, 9th Judicial District.
