This $4.5M Loomis home with cigar lounge, views, infinity pool joins elite listings
Ten residential sales in the Sacramento area over the past two years have closed above the $4 million price point, and a newly listed modern home in Loomis with an infinity edge pool, a cigar lounge and views of Mount Diablo could be next.
Granite Bay accounted for half of those higher-end sales. The other half were sprinkled throughout El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, Elk Grove and Loomis. The Loomis home, which is featured on the cover of Luxury Home magazine, is for sale for $4.5 million.
Built in 2020, the house has five bedrooms, six baths and spans 7,200 square feet. Sitting on five acres, the estate at 5786 Ridge Park Drive boasts a brilliant view from the backyard.
“Rarely do you find property in Loomis with stunning views of multiple counties and Mount Diablo on five exceptional acres,” according to the property listing.
Mimi Nassif of Mimi Nassif Luxury Estates is the listing agent. She calls the property “heaven on Earth” and refers to the style as “modern high-tech farmhouse.” The estate features “timeless architectural details,” an open floor plan, custom fixtures, a chef’s kitchen, custom wine cellar, cigar lounge and radiant heated flooring throughout the house, she said.
There is a huge workshop building that can fit 10 cars. The property presents views of multiple counties.
“This house has has an expansive view from the backyard, which will play a prominent role for buyers,” said Ryan Lundquist, a Sacramento appraiser and housing market analyst. “It has many of the usual bells and whistles in a higher-end luxury price point .. and a modern feel in terms of interior design. This one checks many of the boxes for what people are looking for.”
The Ridge Park Drive estate hits the market around the same time as another Loomis property — which is seven miles to the north, with an equestrian center and guest house on 25 acres — that is the highest-priced listing in the Sacramento region at $10 million.
